How a storm runs
Routes are set in October and we do not take walk ups mid storm. If you are on the list you get cleared whether it is a two inch dusting or a foot, and you get cleared again if it keeps coming.
Trigger depth is two inches unless you ask for something else. Most people forget they signed up until they look outside at six in the morning and the driveway is already done.
What is included

Driveway plowing
Cleared to the pavement, with the pile put where it will not block sight lines.

Walkway shoveling
Steps, walks and the path to the oil fill. Machines where they fit, shovels where they do not.

Salt and treatment
Rock salt above twenty degrees, calcium chloride below it.

Pre treatment
Brine before a freezing rain event, which beats trying to break ice off afterwards.

Storm monitoring
We watch the forecast so you do not have to call us.

Small commercial
Lots under about thirty spaces, cleared before opening.

The night before
Routes confirmed, trucks loaded, brine down if freezing rain is in the forecast.

At two inches
Trucks roll. Residential routes run overnight so driveways are open by morning.

During a long storm
We come back through. A twelve inch storm gets two or three passes, not one.

After it stops
Final cleanup pass, then salt. Ice under fresh snow is what actually hurts people.
What it runs
Ranges, not quotes. Every property is different and the only honest number comes after we walk it.

- Shoveling add on$35 to $75 per visit
- Salt application$45 to $110
Seasonal contracts are capped, not unlimited, and the cap is written on the agreement. Nobody likes finding that out in February.
