About forty minutes from the shop.
We keep the map tight. Less time in the truck means more time on your property and a faster call back.

Not on the list? Call anyway. We take jobs a bit outside this when the work suits us, and if we cannot help we will point you at someone we would hire ourselves.
Drive time comes out of your job.
An hour each way is two hours the crew is not building anything, and somebody pays for those hours. A tight map means the number on your proposal is work, not windshield.
It also means we can come back. A settled paver is a short drive, so it gets handled that week instead of joining a list.

Winter is a smaller map
Plowing runs on routes, so the snow list is tighter than the build list.
