What a season looks like
Same crew, same day of the week, all season. You will know which day is yours by the second week and you will stop thinking about it after that.
We take a limited number of maintenance properties because routes only work if they are tight. When the list is full we say so rather than stretching the crew and showing up late all summer.
What is included

Weekly mowing
Cut height adjusted through the season. We bag in spring, mulch in summer.

Spring cleanup
Debris, dethatch, bed edges recut, first mulch.

Fall cleanup
Leaves off before they mat, beds cut back, gutters if you want them.

Mulch
Once a year, two inches. More than that suffocates roots.

Pruning
Shrubs on the right schedule. Pruning a hydrangea at the wrong time costs you a year of flowers.

Fertiliser and weed control under our NH applicator license.
What a season looks like

Spring cleanup
Debris out, beds edged, first fertiliser down, mowing starts when growth does.

Mulch and first prune
Two inches of bark mulch, spring flowering shrubs pruned after they bloom.

JUN
Weekly through summer
Cut height goes up in July so the lawn holds through the dry weeks.

OCT
Fall cleanup
Leaves cleared in two or three passes, beds cut back, final fertiliser.
What it runs
Ranges, not quotes. Every property is different and the only honest number comes after we walk it.
- Weekly mowing$55 to $110 per visit
- Spring or fall cleanup$450 to $1,400
- Mulch, installed$95 to $130 per yard
- Full season contract$2,800 to $6,500
Contracts run April through November and get billed monthly, so the winter months are not a surprise.
