Now booking spring 2027
The build calendar fills up by February most years. If you want a patio or a new lawn finished before Memorial Day, get on the schedule now. Design happens over the winter so the crew can start the week the ground thaws.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Design and build work is running four to five months. Maintenance and snow contracts we can usually pick up inside of two weeks. If you have a hard deadline, say so early and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
-
Most of the paver patios we build land between $14,000 and $30,000, depending on size, how much access the crew has, and whether we're fighting a slope. You get a real number after we walk the property, not a range over the phone.
-
Yes. Everything gets drawn up in house before a shovel goes in the ground. You'll see a plan with plant names, materials and grades on it, plus a phased option if you'd rather spread the cost across two seasons.
-
The New Hampshire seacoast, the North Shore of Massachusetts up to about Ipswich, and southern Maine as far as Wells. Anything past that we'll point you toward someone good rather than stretch the crew thin.
-
One full year on anything we plant, as long as it sits on an irrigation zone or you're watering it through the first summer. If something dies we replace it once and we don't argue about it.
-
Fully insured with general liability and workers comp, and we carry a New Hampshire pesticide applicator license for turf work. Certificates go out with every proposal, and we'll send them to your HOA if they ask.
