You always know what happens next.
Six steps from the first call to the spring check the year after.
-
01
Same week
The phone call
Ten minutes. What you want fixed, roughly what you want to spend, and whether anything has a date attached. If we are wrong for the job you hear it here, not three weeks in.
-
02
1–2 weeks out
The walkthrough
Forty five minutes on the property. Where water goes in a heavy rain, whether a machine can reach the back, what the soil is doing under the grass.
-
03
10–14 days later
Drawing and price
A scaled plan with materials, plant names and grades, and a price split by phase. Two rounds of revisions are included. Nobody has needed a third.
-
04
Books the calendar
Deposit and dates
A third down holds the slot and covers materials. Start date in writing. Permits we file ourselves, and we say up front whether that adds two weeks or two months.
-
05
3 days to 4 weeks
The build
A text the evening before anyone shows up. The crew works four tens, so no Fridays unless weather pushed us. Site raked and blown clean each day.
-
06
Handoff, then spring
The year after
We walk it with you and leave a sheet on watering and cleaning stone. Back the following spring to check settling. Anything that moved, we fix.
How far out we are booking
The build calendar fills from February. A patio finished before Memorial Day means the call happens over the winter.
- Design buildFour to five months, call to start date
- Planting onlySix to eight weeks in season
- MaintenanceUsually inside two weeks
- Snow contractsSigned by October, first come
Cancellations happen. Tell us you are flexible and we will call when one opens up.
What keeps a job moving
-
Decide together
If two people are deciding, meet us once as a pair rather than three times separately. Saves a revision round nearly every time.
-
Say the real number
Telling us the budget is not a trick to spend all of it. It decides whether we draw you bluestone or concrete pavers.
-
Flag the date early
If it has to be done by a specific weekend, say so on the first call. Sometimes we can move things. Not two weeks out.
Start with the walkthrough.
Free, about forty five minutes, and you get a straight answer at the end.
