Open roles

  • Hardscape crew lead

    $28–$36 / hr

    Running a two or three person crew on patios, walls and walkways. You set the string lines and you own the finish. Three years of hardscape and a clean license.

  • Equipment operator

    $26–$34 / hr

    Skid steer, mini excavator, and the plow truck in winter. Tight residential sites, so finesse matters more than speed. CDL is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Landscape laborer

    $20–$25 / hr

    Planting, grading, mulch, cleanups, and shoveling when it snows. No experience needed. Be reliable for a season and we will teach you the rest.

What we actually offer

  • Work through winter

    Plowing and shop work keep hours on the books when the ground freezes. Nobody gets laid off in November.

  • Four tens

    Monday to Thursday in season, Fridays only when weather pushed us. Overtime is paid, not swapped for a day off later.

  • Boots and tools

    Boot allowance every year, a stipend for hand tools, and we pay for your pesticide or hoisting license when you want it.

Send a note saying what you have run and where. A resume is fine but not required. Phone numbers for two people who have worked with you matter more than a formatted document.

You will hear back either way. If it is a fit we will have you out on a job for a paid half day before anybody commits to anything.
